I good some work done this week and they took care of me. I appreciated the customer service and the guys went above and beyond. Verizon was messing up I couldn't receive calls. However, by the time I got there they still got me in. Also worked late even after closing to make sure the job was completed. I appreciate you guys, thanks so much.

Chris put my windshield in personally, with the help of His Father the 1st time, and His Son on the second time. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but extremely easy to work with. He got me in almost immediately and did a wonderful job. I like to support LOCAL businesses, with character, personal touches, and most of all family members - who have been taught the profession for a lifetime. I could REALLY tell that He was at the very top of the trade, and even though He didn't have to, He worked with me, I got to watch the entire installation, and got to see many tools that I didn't even know existed. Even after trying myself to remove 3 windshields from the junkyard AND watching the professional install it, I would still never be able to do such a professional job. Family owned, family employees - I'll always send ANYONE I know to that shop and continue to support his business. Thanks Chris, for such an exceptional job! 👍

Passenger window turned out well but they did not put the plastic caps back in the door hinge (to keep debris/water out) and they told us they would vacuum the broken glass out and we got the car back full of glass still. Makes me wonder whether they cleaned the broken glass out of the door itself? Details matter and it seems like they rushed the job.

I would like to take a moment to recognize, thank, and highly recommend Sonic Auto Glass. Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic with their work, professionalism, promptness, communication, and results. Over the weekend an existing chip I had in my glass from an out of state incident 2 years ago, devolved into a long crack after going over some railroad tracks. Not knowing anyone I could call, I looked up a few places online and Sonic was one of them. Chris picked up on Saturday, even after the were closed for the day, was gracious and understanding as he explained the process, which glass I could choose from, gave me a quote, and was very patient with my questions. I called him back Monday morning to set it up, and we secured an appt this morning (Weds) for 9 AM. Chris remembered and welcomed me, and his team got to work right away. It took them just over an hour, which was within the timeframe he told me. He showed me the new glass, explained what they did or had to do, gave me some proactive reminders about some tape and not to pressure wash the truck (or go through a truck wash) for 3 days, and gave me a very honest and for me surprisingly reasonable price with the receip
